Most emails get a reply inside one business day. Regulation questions sometimes take longer because we cross-check the current FMCSA rule, any Cardiovascular Advisory Panel update, and the National Registry guidance before we write back. If you’re reporting a possible calculation bug, include the exact inputs you entered so we can reproduce the result on our end.
We can’t give personal medical advice, schedule your physical, appeal a failed exam, or contact your employer on your behalf. For anything clinical, your NRCME-certified medical examiner is the right person to call. For anything legal, talk to a CDL attorney in your state.
